She holds a writing tablet at her side and a stylus in her raised right hand. A pharaoh's mask lies to the side at her feet. This could be a reference to the decipherment of hieroglyphics. The statue is made of terracotta with remnants of old painting. The square base shows the most severe wear. The patina has a wonderfully authentic character. less
