These are a bit unique in their light stain, revealing matched Maple construction of the entire chair. Made by the Karpen Co. in Chicago approximately 1910. Brass maker badgers as shown. Structurally very sound, they do give that (well, what we think) comforting, charming creaking sound as you sit down. Each measures 39" high x 23 wide x 21 deep. Seat height is 18". less
