The edge of the plates are reversed scalloped with brown tear drop design. Mother and child are holding hands amongst a desert landscape. What I love about this pair of decorative plates are not only the colors, and subject matter, but when affixed to the wall or sitting on a table top, they have depth and really stand out! There is prefixed hanging hardware on the back. Makers mark, “Made in Mexico" on reverse side.
