A beautiful and very rare handmade vintage sommerso glass vase and bowl made and signed by talented Nils Landberg for Orrefors glassworks, Sweden in the 1960s. The vase and bowl have a dark midnight blue color which has been covered with clear crystal, they are a part of the "Dusk" series, this color is very rare for Dusk and it is just amazing.
Dusk is a part of the famous Mid-century modernist artwork that was produced by the designer. The shape is classic, which makes it very sophisticated and elegant. Landberg has often been described as a master of crystal, which is very obvious in this vase, which is truly fantastic.
-The vase is 22.5cm (8.85") high and 10.5cm (4.13") wide and 6cm (2.36") deep, some very minor abrasions underneath yet overall, in a great condition.
-The bowl is 6cm (2.36') high, 12cm (4.72') wide and 8cm (3,13') deep, This piece has an attribution mark,
