A handsome vintage hardwood Oriental demi-lune cocktail cabinet dating to the mid 20th century.
The cabinet is well made, solid … more A handsome vintage hardwood Oriental demi-lune cocktail cabinet dating to the mid 20th century.
The cabinet is well made, solid and heavy and offers multiple storage compartments for bottles and glasses.
It has been carefully restored in our workshop, the outdated dark varnish has been removed to reveal the beautiful wood below before being waxed for protection.
The bow front is fitted with a lift up lid which opens to reveal a fitted interior with mirror inset fall front. The front corners of the cabinet open and are designed to store wine glasses. The sides of the cabinet open to reveal shallow shelves for glasses and bottles.
The cabinet is decorated with carved figures and the door handles are recessed.
The cabinet sits on amusing carved feet depicting stylized lions.
CONDITION
The cabinet is generally in good structural condition with minor cosmetic marks of age.
