Add a touch of Danish sophistication to your living space with this exquisite set of three nesting tables, designed by Poul H. Poulsen for Gangsø Møbler, crafted in Denmark circa 1970s. Constructed from rich teak wood, these tables exemplify the elegance and functionality of Danish modern design. The table tops feature a stunning tile inlay with an organic color palette of beige, black, and brown tones. The intricate tile design, reminiscent of an artistic grid pattern adorned with a sequence of concentric circles, adds a unique and refined flair to each piece.
Poul Poulsen was a Danish designer, painter and ceramics artisan and worked extensively with Gangsø Møbler in Faarvang, Denmark designing ceramic tiles. Previously, he was the proprietor of Faaborg Pottery (1976–1978) at the city square in Faaborg, Denmark, where he designed pottery. It later evolved into the design of ceramics, tiles, carvings, pictures, oil paintings, canvas prints, drawings and photo posters.

Poulsen for Gangsø Møbler are in 100% original, vintage condition and have aged to perfection! The mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak does show some minor signs of vintage wear such as minor veneer bubbling around the edges of the ceramic tiles as well as minor surface scratches and one small gouge (all of which can be seen in the detail photos provided). The ceramic tiles show no cracks, chips of other damage whatsoever. The three tables measure as follows; LG Table - W - 21.75" x D - 15.75" x H - 19" MED Table - W - 18.75" x D - 15.75" x H - 18" SM Table - W - 15.75" x D - 15.75" x H - 17" This set of nesting tables is functional, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use.
