The thick leather is laid in one piece, from the outside working inwards. The high quality leather is in very good condition and with wonderful patina. De sede once started as a saddler's workshop in klingnau, switzerland. Slowly, the company widened their scope and committed themselves to transforming the best possible leather into seating furniture. In 1965 the family-run business grew into a professional company and their name was de sede ag. De sede products are detail-obsessed with the main focus on the people who own and use them.
