Some wear to the gilt bronze base finish (see detail photos) which are appropriate for the age of the lamp. Etched glass column is in fine condition. Where glass meets the metal base there are a few loose pieces of putty/mounting material which are not visible unless you are looking closely.

The base has beautiful acanthus leaf casting detail and is unmarked (looks like a Caldwell piece). Original (Edison socket size) brass Bryant socket is marked 1910 so this is an early 20th c. piece of lighting. Rewired with ivory rayon cording. Sold with a custom ivory silk clip on shade that measures 7"H x 6.25"D top & 8"D bottom. less
