I wouldn’t go as far as to say the piece needs restoration as the panels would be ruined. The damage is mostly on the edges and some marks inside the panels. There is also a line/gash in the right panel (seen in photos.) less

This is a set of 3 panels, originals from the Art Institute of Chicago which hung inside the museum. The design is the 1922 Concrete Office Building by legendary architect Mies Van Der Rohe. This was a part of a Mies Van Der Rohe "1968 Retrospective of Mies van der Rohe's work at the Art Institute of Chicago" a quick google search of this exhibit shows them hung inside the museum. If you search my profile there are two more panel sets from this exhibit.
The panels are heavy and have the original screw holes that were used to hang them. Very Rare as there is only one set in existence. The Condition is NOT mint, photos are taken of the damage. This is a vintage piece. There is discoloration and flaws. The panels are tall 5 feet x 3 feet. Each is labeled “Art Institute of Chicago” please see photos. This is an opportunity to own a piece of history that no one else in the world possesses. A Rare and unique find outside of Sotheby’s and Christie’s. less
