I acquired it in Lehigh county but I don't see any features that specifically tie it to that county. I've owned similar cupboards from Berks and Lancaster counties with equivalent turned feet. This 18 pane cupboard with the original glass dates from about 1830. The shelves in the top have spoon cut outs and plate grooves. The base has 3 dovetailed drawers and as you can see in one of the pictures, the brass pulls are later replacements of wooden knobs. The base has 2 double paneled doors that are nicely chamfered inside. The dimensions are 5 foot 2 inches wide X 21 inches deep at the base X 7 foot tall. All the back boards are original and you can see where a former owner put masking tape between the boards most likely to dust proof it. The tape can be removed and is not hiding any issues. The surface shows a delightful old finish with a patination you love to see on old cherry furniture. This is such a pleasing classic cupboard ! less
