They are stamped HB, for Hertz & Balin, a company founded by Hans Peter Hertz in the early 1900s. The shape is perfectly scaled down from a traditional large goblet, the base is solid and weighted, the cup exterior is spun to a satin/matte finish, and the base and interior are high sheen smooth. They hold slightly over 1 ounce of liquid, and measure 1.625" diameter, 2.5" tall, 1.5" base diameter less
