This vintage ram chair, designed and crafted in India during the 1980s, is a striking piece often referred to as a wedding chair. Crafted in a Neoclassical klismos style, it features a gracefully curved top rail ending in sculpted ram’s heads. The wooden frame is richly clad in hammered repoussé silvered metal, intricately detailed with scrolling foliate and floral motifs. The chair is finished with a white upholstered seat. There are small stains on the seat as indicated in picture.
