Heavily worn distressed antique condition. Attractive appearance, full of antique character and charm throughout, the tray can absolutely be functional, but showing significant wear consistent with advanced age, industrial use, handling, weathered exposure, etc.., including but not limited to worn original finish with scattered nicks, chips, scratches, losses and buildup, considerable structural warping, age related splits, losses, later mixed metal reinforcement strap mounts, heavily patinated metalwork with pitting, oxidation, tarnish and deterioration, all adding to the overall authenticity, warmth, interest, and rich historical depth that can only be acquired over long periods of time and use!
