Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. This is a wonderful Director’s style sling chair in the style of James David comprised of a gorgeous chrome frame consisting of a round chrome tube front and back legs topped with chrome caps, horizontal double cylindrical tube stretchers in the front, single stretchers on the sides & back, and fabulous rectangular chrome bar arms. It wears a lovely chocolate brown vinyl or faux leather sling on its back and seat and contrary to its phenomenal good looks, it’s actually quite comfortable!! So, you don’t have to sacrifice style for comfort!! And although it bears a beautiful Modern style, it will accompany many styles of furnishing and décor including Bauhaus, Art Deco, and Mid Century Modern to name a few. It will be wonderful in your bedroom dressing area, next to an accent table in the sitting room, or at the entry for a fashionable spot to remove your shoes.
