One-of-a-kind antique handcrafted and glazed Moroccan ceramic bowl. Featuring an elaborate hand-painted Arabesque pattern in white and blue hues, characteristic of Medieval Moorish motifs found in Alhambra Palace in Granada, Andalusia.
Fez traces its influence and origin in ceramics to as early as the Phoenicians. Its local natural clay is found only in this part of the world, characteristic of its balanced mineral content, high level of purity and fine texture, making it suitable for exquisite work and more durable.
