The piece has a serpentine shape, raised on square tapered legs with banded cuffs. It includes three drawers and two door-hinged cupboards, with the outer drawers and doors beautifully bow-fronted to match the curve of the top. This sideboard is distinguished by its ample storage, as a typical George III sideboard usually has only one door on either side, making this piece a significant feat of craftsmanship.

Inspired by Hepplewhite sideboard designs, it features a classic serpentine-shaped front. George Hepplewhite, a renowned cabinetmaker, is regarded as one of the “big three” English furniture makers of the 18th century.
