- Here is a lovely table from the early 20th c, likely the 1920-30's featuring a beautiful pinkish/coralish marble top with … more Here is a lovely table from the early 20th c, likely the 1920-30's featuring a beautiful pinkish/coralish marble top with a carved wood white and gold painted base. The marble sits on the base and has a wonderful beveled edge with wonderful scallop design. As you can see, it's not perfectly round, which I love, as it's just a tiny bit more special. The marble has great color texture in it and an antique/aged quality. There are a few hairline issues and a small chip. I do not see the hairlines going through. I believe it is the natural part of the stone. The wood base itself, has beautiful curved legs and gold painted accents. less
