- For sale is a very good quality 19th century carved oak bookcase, having an ornately carved frieze with two glazed … more For sale is a very good quality 19th century carved oak bookcase, having an ornately carved frieze with two glazed doors below, opening to two adjustable shelves, flanked by profusely carved motifs, above another carved frieze with a further two cupboard doors below, each door featuring a three dimensions carved fox head, with further carvings to the side above a plinth base. The bookcase is completely hand carved to a very high standard and remains in very good condition. Width: 141cm Depth: 41cm Height: 174.5cm less
