Pair of Montauk Sofa "Charlotte" Love Seats with Royal Pewter micro-velvet upholstery and leather inlay. These were purchased in mid-2015 for approximately $4,400 US each after trade discount - see attached invoice. After checking with the Montauk Sofa SoHo New York showroom today, this exact specification would cost $10,460 today for EACH love seat.
They are high quality love seat sofas that are long enough to recline on, and very comfortable. We are redecorating, and our family with three kids and a dog have outgrown these two pieces, although I love the design and look of them. They have never been professionally cleaned, although I did dry clean a couple of the cushion covers, which resulted in some bubble-type patterning in some areas of the upholstery - see photos. There is no other visible wear, and the upholstery has been quite resilient to our family. In the least, these pieces should be professionally cleaned - they are not visibly dirty, but certainly would benefit from a cleaning. Perhaps a purchaser will want to reupholster. All cushions are zippered, and the cushion material is foam and feathers, and is in good condition - tufting up of the cushions brings them back to life quickly. less
