This original piece made in Kunstabteilung, Germany is a testament to the intricate craftsmanship of Hans Achtziger, a renowned designer and porcelain modeler. Achtziger, who studied at the Staatlichen Fachschule für Porzellanindustrie in Bavaria and later at the Bau-und Handwerker Schule in Munich, became the director of the art department at Hutschenreuther AG and was instrumental in creating numerous animal sculptures.
