The paint has an incredible natural patina and is original to the Kitchen Island, or Craft Room Cabinet? We are thinking that the Kitchen Island could have been made just before 1900 and most likely was used in a small country store in France. You can see on the top where you would place your coin into the slot and it would drop down into the drawer. less
