Alphonse Giroux was an important Parisian manufacturer of luxury furniture and accessories from 1799-1867. This veneered wood box has applied Greek medallions on 3 sides as well as the top. There are 4 pull out trays as well as 1 drawer. It could also be used as display and storage for a fountain pen collection.
Size: 12" w, 9" h, 9.75" d
Condition: crack at top, missing veneer on left side. When open there is a crack at the bottom and loss of veneer next to brass hinge. Expect some minor scuffs and loss of finish to veneer.
