Both pieces are clear, pressed glass and the stopper is the same on both sides. The stopper fits OK, but is a tiny bit loose in the space.

The bottle measures 2.75 inches by 2.00 inches and is 2.25 inches tall. It is 6.25 inches to the top of the stopper.
