Description: Solid engraved steel handles with intricate details. Dark wood stick. Metal with rubber tip foot. No maker's mark and no … more Solid engraved steel handles with intricate details. Dark wood stick. Metal with rubber tip foot. No maker's mark and no stamps of metal type. Each cane is 35-36" high including the handle. Scull handle is 1.5" wide and 4.25" long. Tribal head handle is 2" wide and 4" high. Man holding globe handle is 2.5" wide and 4.5" high. Botom tips are about an inch wide. Top of exposed wood is 1 inch at the top taper to 3/4" at the bottom. The canes are solid, high quality, and appear to have hand tooled, stamped and engraved handles. They appear to be from a custom maker due to imperfect linear engravings and no maker's mark. The handles could be a softer metal such as pewter. Note the tribal head has abstract figures that create the facial features. The quality and rarity of the design suggest they could be some type of ceremonial gift or award. They are best sold as a set for display in a cane or umbrella stand. less
