Des Hanots / HETTIER et VINCENT Art Deco chandelier. Large 80cm (31”) diameter for a dining, living or bedroom. Six sockets give off lots of light. Vintage original France 1930s.
Quality pressed glass in a stunning geometric design. Not signed but referenced in a Des HANOTS vintage catalogue (Coupe “CA” n° 8604, tulip shades “CA” n° 8754). Central bowl is 35cm diameter (14”) with 3 lights and the tulip shades are larger than the norm in height and diameter. No chips or cracks.
Nickel plated bronze and brass fixture. Per an expert a model attributed to HETTIER et VINCENT, not signed. Excellent craftsmanship to the 5 bronze elements as well as the condition of the vintage nickel plating.
Rewired with 6 sockets for 220v or 110v
