A midcentury floor lamp probably made in Italy between the 1960s and the 1970s. The solid wood structure is decorated with 12 gilded tiles depicting the zodiac signs. The zodiac signs are made in high relief on the chiselled gilded tiles. The gold colour is also recalled in the lamp holder and in the base anchored to the black marble The Floor lamp is in original vintage condition except for the electrical fixture which was rewired by a professional. The wooden part has been treated with a natural product to protect it and Revive the grain of the wood. The black marble base has a small scratch visible in the photos.
