Seat height :- 40cms. Armchair :/ 80cms wide, 98 cms depth, 90cms high, 40 cms seat height. Superb quality, very heavy oak sprung seats. In very good condition for age, which I would say mid century circa 1970, the heavy oak carved woodwork has the odd knock, nothing really major, see pics less
