Magnificent pair of Italian Capodimonte style wall lights, made of gold metal and decorated with delicate hand-painted flowers. Its light structure is made up of two arms that intertwine with each other forming elegant curves that separate from each other to flow into the bulb holder.
It closely follows the models made at the Royal Porcelain Factory of Capodimonte. This factory was founded by King Charles II of Bourbon in 1739 on the side of his palace in Capodimonte, a hill in the heart of Naples. Over time, it became one of the largest factories in the world, even surpassing French and German manufactures. Their pieces are inspired by the gardens and marine life of the Italian region of Campania and are characterized by a great passion for craftsmanship. Today, I Borbone Capodimonte is a workshop that continues the tradition of porcelain from generation to generation. It is directed by Antonio Fullin Mollica, who, after becoming fascinated by this creative world, followed in the footsteps of his father Giuseppe and his grandfather Cesare, who taught him the secrets of ceramics and manufacturing techniques. All types of pieces are produced: lamps, vases, mirrors\. whose style is reviewed and renewed in each collection without leaving aside artisanal production and traditional methods, which make each piece a unique masterpiece.
with this pair of sconces you achieve the perfect lighting while being decorative in themselves. A piece of craftsmanship that evokes the elegant and delicate style originating in Capodimonte.
