Purchased by us in Paris. The image is from the 1931 autumn/winter edition of a French men’s haberdashery collection for “Vetements de cérémonie” or formal attire. SO CHIC! The men are dressed in classic Art Deco formal wear. Elegant, dapper, fashionable, classy…they are indeed handsome in their smoking jackets, tuxedos and tails. The print is perfect for the stylish man who dresses for that very special occasion. Originally illustrated and signed by the artist. Perfect decor for bedroom, hallway, entrance foyer. Original to 1931, NOT a recent reproduction. Note detailing and background settings. Pristine and clean with no age markings.
