The chest … more Regency chest of drawers hand-made in England in the early 1800s using mahogany and decorated mahogany burl veneer. The chest of drawers features four inset drawers: two on the top row and singles on the bottom two rows. All drawers have beautiful hand-made dovetail joints and feature flat fronts decorated by gorgeous mahogany veneer. The top is also veneered and shows very interesting horizontally reeded flat edges. The front corners of the top and the case are rounded. The corners of the case are decorated with reeded columns.
Overall this is a very interesting and elegant chest of drawers that can be used on a daily basis and can be placed in a bedroom as well as an entryway, office or living room. Its lines are timeless and the color will allow it to fit well with both antique as well as modern furniture. less
