I’m going to start out by saying that this is a GDA Limoges tray that by pure dumb luck I searched for using Charles Field Haviland and found that it is almost an exact match to pattern CHF2. The only difference is the angle of the bird.

The tray measures 12.50 inches from handle to handle by 7 7/8 inches. It is very shallow at less than 1.00 inch deep.

The gold trim on the handles is worn. The porcelain has a very faint basketweave accent on the outer edge where the flowers are not.

One oddity I need to note-There is an extended porcelain piece down the middle of the bottom of the tray. It’s slightly larger than the bottom rim and the tray doesn’t sit completely flat. It sits on this porcelain bar first and teeters a bit. Weird, but not a massive problem.

There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. less
