Late mid century oil on canvas seascape painting by Jerome Stevens. Depicts Pacific Ocean waves crashing on rocks under an overcast sky. Signed in lower left. Artistic Interiors Inc - Certification No. 203416. Beveled giltwood frame with carved corners and beaded edge, with dark brown velvet mat / border.
"Jerome Stevens, born 1943, resident of Oregon and a seascape painter during the 1960's and 1970's. Painted in oils on canvas primarily known for his Impressionistic seascapes of the rocky shores of the Laguna Beach, Carmel area, and coastlines of California.
