Add an historical point of view to any room. This would make a superb wedding gift or wedding memories, as well. The artist is Otto Erdmann (1834-1905), a listed German artist. This is a lithograph made from a metal plate, it’s not a processed factory print. The frame is gilt wood with hand carved leaves, berries and vines with a stippled background. Paper backed and ready to hang. It weighs 13lbs. by itself. The mat has a cut out section to show the title “The Health Of The Bride”. There are some reflections of trees and a house in the background. It reads O.Erdmann, bottom left and G.Tabert Co., bottom right.
In near mint condition. Has very slight wear to the gilding. No serious damage or repairs.
