This is a purple floral vanity or serving tray marked PL Limoges. I am having no luck finding this mark as the only P mark I know of is Jean Pouyat and this is not that mark. So I am not sure whose mark it is and I do not have a date for it. The tray is rectangular with rounded corners and would work great as a serving tray or vanity tray or just a decorative tray.
The tray measures 11 7/8 inches by 7.75 inches. The lip is short at about one half inch.
I cannot tell if the design is applied or hand painted. Up close there are definate details that may indicate hand painting. The gold trim does show some light wear, mostly on one short side, and the back is unglazed. There is some dirt on the back due to it being unglazed.
There are no chips, cracks, or other damage.
