- There is an overall patina to the entire piece as is to be expected-- some minor chips in the gold … moreThere is an overall patina to the entire piece as is to be expected-- some minor chips in the gold frame, namely, some fading of the painting. However, despite the slight fading, there are still quite bright and vibrant colors visible in the painting. The back of the piece shows wear, but it can be easily mounted on a wall with the proper hardware. There are some small but noticeable dark specks on the bottom lower portion of the mirror, likely due to age. They are each 1 cm or less, and in no way detract from the beauty of the mirror. There are some apparent lines of what is probably adhesive at the top of the mirror as well, where it could have possibly been repaired before the seller acquired the piece. Overall, the mirror is in good antique condition- no chips or scratches are apparent. Structurally, it is quite sound, in spite of its age. The entire piece is in good antique condition. less

It measures 38 1/2" wide, 18 1/2" wide, and just shy of 1" deep.

It is quite old, the seller dates it to late 19th century, so there are definitely signs of age, details are below in CONDITION NOTES.
