A stunning and extremely rare Danish vintage armchair by Illum Wikkelso. This was designed by Illum Wikkelso for Silkeborg Mobler, it dates from around the 1960’s.
The quality is absolutely superb, this has an amazing design and looks fantastic from all angles. The frame has a gorgeous colour tone and wonderful grain patterns. This is very comfortable, sturdy and supportive.
The frame has been stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, it has been fully re-upholstered in a cream boucle fabric. The seat base also has brand new Pirelli webbing. The condition is excellent throughout.
