This well balanced and beautifully colored Mid-Century Modernist Cobalt Blue Glazed Ceramic Pitcher by Gunnar Nylund for Rörstrand originates from Sweden, Circa 1950. With a rounded body and a tapered neck, the mouth of the vase expands outwards with an elegant swooping handle. The textural detailing of the vase is gorgeous with subtle bands of speckled light blue over the cobalt blue base glaze. A beautiful example of the material strength and elegant designs of Mid-Century Modernism, this vase will style well in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
