The rich patina of its fruitwood is a perfect compliment to its clean lines. Elegance and style combine to making this desk a strikingly beautiful addition to any style from traditional to contemporary. The unfinished back highlights the authenticity of its age. It is in original condition with the exception of the desk top which has been replaced with dark green felt. Purchased in Austria, it comes with original paperwork printed in German. The desk has one large top drawer with brass keyhole ornamentation. The two drawers on each side have embossed round knobs. The desk rests on casters. It represents a lovely step back in timewhen craftsmanship mattered! See less
