*. Has been in storage for a few years and previously owned by a single gentlemen who really never used the item for its intended purpose.

CONDITION:

*. Chairs: Fair/Good - Minor Blemishes and Scratches but nothing major. However we did noticed that Two Chairs has a small Blemish (Pencil Eraser Size) in the fabric and Two Chairs the backs are loose/wiggle.

*. Table: Good - Minor Blemishes and Minor Scratches but nothing major.
*. Pretty solid for being 50 years old.
