Top and bottom comes with round tick clear lucite , the best option is the tall lucite are adjustable the shape owner likes they are not glow or welded to top and bottom.
According to age is in great condition and shape, they are vintage may have light shelf or age sign. There is small nick on edge of round top and it is not mentioned,However, there are not deep scratches or broken parts. They are overall in great condition and shape.

Lamp base measures 8" wide in diameter
Round top part is 5” wide in diameter
