Beautiful and bright antique Chinese export era porcelain lamp featuring dark pink / red floral shades on an antique white ground.
Rosewood hand carved base - nicely done in the taste of the time.
29" to top of finial, 22" to top of lamp fixture, 18.5" to top of porcelain.
Hoop and finial are antique and appear original to the conversion, which we would suggest was mid-20th century. Modern electrics work well.

This lovely lamp has been a mainstay in our various homes for years. It is a classic case of a fine Chinese Export-era large vase being converted to a lamp - pure and simple. But, the obvious pedigree of this vase, and the very appealing color and shades, make it a cut above the many others like it. less
