A highly decorative pair of vases of pleasing form.

Hand-blown glass with a pink and white marbled effect known as ‘splatter glass’.

Gilt and enamelled decoration.

Bohemian, Czech in origin and probably an early example from Franz Welz factory.

Dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. Circa 1890-1910 period.

They are in great vintage condition, there are no serious issues but there is some wear commensurate with age. Some of the gilding has rubbed and there are some flea bites to the rims.

Each one measures approx 19cm high x 9cm wide x 9cm deep. less
