In 14 karat yellow gold.

With a hand hammered head centered on a a bezel-set pear cut sapphire (likely lab created) framed by a line of cobalt blue enamel with 6 evenly bezel set round white diamonds.

Simply a wonderful antique stickpin!

14k to the pin stem and an incised '487' to the reverse of the pin head.
