Vintage: C.1930s-50s, Vintage, "Adams-Style, finely, hand-painted, entry hall, hallway, nightstand, and/or side table by Wellington Hall Furniture Collection, is this table, part of and a Division of Hekman Custom Furniture Co's umbrella lines, is this quintessential, and uniquely, refined table supported upon, stilted tapered legs. There is a distinct and nod toward's the French-style of hand-painted class of furniture; with all the regalia of festoons, floral and fauna, while also regaling us within an Early American Classical period, of fine, quality furniture,given credence to the the quality of wood utilized, along with in-lay top details, and mitered corners, and pencil trim surround, as images indicate and showcase this piece upon, with round brass pull handles, but beyond that, there are 2 drawers, one upper, and 2 lower and of equal value of dimension, on apposing ends of th central, coved, arched opening, all emblazoned with the hand-pianted details we see, as well as on the apposing ended sides, of festoons, as IF to say, "Ta-Dah" the crowning glory before you is this elevated piece, but a double entendre ensues, in that in itself, and hence why the tilted, tapered legs offsets the body or upper portion of this finite table, with such presentation and poise, as such it is. The old adage, good things come in mall packages has essentially, befallen this piece. Maker's markings label, inset top drawer to the left-hand side, states, Wellington Hall, along with their iconic pictorial logo.
In excellent condition, for era and use, normal, and conducive to the period, but has been superbly well-maintained.
Due to fragility regarding the stilted legs, i.e white glove shipment is required.
