Featuring mahogany and leather, this Napoleonic desk is elegant and classy. It has four drawers total -- two on the left, one in the middle and one deep drawer on the right with a removable tray and "secret" bottom. The original keys are no longer with the desk, but included are 3 skeleton keys that fit in the keyholes and can be used to open the drawers.

The mahogany is still rich and vibrant with very few, if any, scratches or scuffs. The leather inset on top is a rich golden brown with gilt accents and is in good overall condition but does show some stains and blemishes commensurate with age (as pictured). One small section of the top lip of the desk has been repaired (also pictured), but otherwise this piece is in amazing condition for it's age.

This lovely French writing desk measures 50.5" wide, 26.5" deep and 29" tall, making it an easy size to incorporate into nearly any space. Tuck it under a bright window, add it to an entryway or use it as a statement piece - it looks beautiful from all sides. less
