Titled and numbered 3/60 lower left, signed lower right and in a wood frame. Ann Cochran was active in southern California in the 1940s and died in NYC in 1968. Her work is highlighted in a book by Edan Hughes, "Artists in California, 1786-1940". Measures 37.5"L x 1"W x 25.5"H. It has age-appropriate wear, minor scuffs/scratches to the frame and light toning in the margins. less
