She is wearing a wonderful blue dress with simple hair style and background. This large painting is wonderfully detailed with vibrant colors. There is some inpainting in the background. Overall a wonderful piece that can accommodate a large room. Please see the photos with the ruler on it for scale.

This is likely Ms. Pryce's wedding portrait in 1725. She was the daughter of Price Deveraux, the 9th Viscount of Hereford. She married William Pryce of Rhiwlas. This information is found in various places front an back of the painting and on a slip from the previous owners purchase from an antique gallery in Atlanta many years ago.
