Six chairs can fit comfortably around … more This is an antique Beidermeier or Beidermeier style table that is six feet long. Six chairs can fit comfortably around it. It breaks down into three pieces and can be used as a dining table, breakfast table, or two half moon console tables. Half moons are 25 inches in width and leaf is about 22.5 inches wide. Pieces are joined by wood dowels. There is no documentation but the style and use of birch wood suggests that it was made in Austria, Germany or Sweden in the 19th century. This table really shows well in a room, even one with competing wood tones. (see picture 5).

Note to shipper: Table can be broken down into three smaller pieces for transport. Also, allowed vehicles in the neighborhood cannot exceed: 2 axles; 24 feet total length; 12.5 feet high; gross weight 25,000 lbs (12,000 lbs. truck and 13,000 lbs. cargo). less
