This is a small vintage hookah table. A Middle Eastern, mahogany side table inlaid with bone and Mother of Pearl in the Moorish taste, dating to the mid 20th century, circa 1950.
Wonderful eastern appeal with an eye-catching finish and petite proportion
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order
Select stocks present fine grain interest and deep caramel hues
Bedazzling inlay accentuates throughout in bone, ebony and Mother of Pearl
Inlaid in an ornate geometric pattern, with concentric triangular border
Turned column with collar finish host further inlaid bands
Trio of distinctive cabriole legs terminate in circular toes
Small drop finial within the centre of the legs a final decorative flourish
