FMV collaborated with a phenomenal glass fabrication studio to reproduce from a mold, cast from an original shade. The final product looks exactly like the original, except the glass on ours is a bit thicker (and stronger). Ethereal, majestic, brass waterfall floor lamp circa 1970s. Where does one begin when it comes to describing this lamp? It is absolutely stunning and unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. The birdcage-like lamp features ovoid white glass diffusers alternating down a series of brass spires. This falling droplets effect mimics raindrops or a waterfall. The lamp is impressive as it stands, unlit. At five feet tall and nearly 2 feet across, this piece stands as a functional work of art. As soon as the switch is flipped, the illumination seems to transform the space around it into a magic world. A warm amber glow bounces light beautifully off the gold metal surface of the lamp. The lamp is attributed to esteemed lighting producer, Lightolier. You could get creative with this piece. Perhaps you put a lamp inside or a sculpture. It is true that this glorious lamp is certainly enough on its own. One can’t help but to become transfixed in the presence of this marvelous lamp. less
